Fish Lab was born by an idea of Andrea, Giorgio and Lorenzo, three Italian guys sharing the same passion for good seafood. Tired of the low offer of fish and seafood in London, they invented a new concept of street food.

We create experiences like no other by using in-season, local ingredients, including organic, sustainable vegetables and seafood. Our dishes are designed to satisfy the palate of every visitor of a street food market. We thrive from king prawn’s skewers and calamari & shrimp’s salad which are designed for the most refined palates to breaded anchovies, fish balls and fritto misto created to satisfy everyone that is craving for a fried food but in a healthy way. Also, the daily frilled fish is created due to our constant research for healthy seafood. Our supplier Sorrento Express, imports the best vegetables from Italy and give us fresh lemons from the Sorrento coast, while Vincenzo Ltd has the best Sicilian prawns and octopus. In the future, we would like to introduce fresh oysters directly from Billingsgate Market.
