In the world of catering from a young age and having been a chef in different restaurants, Girolamo Piccione was driven by his passion for good food and the desire to export the authentic Sicilian cuisine.

In the same year he started his collaboration with Mercato Metropolitano in Milan, then moving to Turin and finally to the British capital, where he now resides with his truck.

Inside the truck, he prepares real Sicilian Street Food made from authentic ingredients, tastes, smells and colours of Sicily.

Some of the best sellers include the delicious Arancine (rice balls stuffed in different flavours, from those veggie to meats) and the Pane & Panelle (typical Sicilian sandwich with chickpea flour). But they also also make delicious Cannoli Siciliani filled with ricotta cheese, pistachio and candied orange, along with other delicacies of his homeland.
