Andrea Rasca, MM Founder
Andrea is the CEO – or Chief Executive Dreamer, as he likes to define himself – and the brain behind the MM concept.
Over the past 25 years, he has gained a broad experience within the food sector, focusing on the design and implementation of internationalisation strategies for major Italian food companies and the development of food retail projects, including 9 branches of Eataly in Japan.
In 2014 he brought his experience together and developed the inspiring new retail concept of MM, which a UK journalist recently termed as “the standard-bearer for the renaissance of inner-cities”.
Paolo Taticchi, Director Global Online MBA and Weekend MBA, Director Global Initiatives, Principal Teaching Fellow in Management and Sustainability
Paolo performs scientific research in performance measurement and management, business networks and corporate sustainability. These research activities have been documented in many books, chapters, journal and conference papers.
Paolo teaches management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level, and he’s a regular speaker in international MBA and EMBA programs in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
Jan Mühlfeit retired Chairman Europe of the Microsoft Corporation
Jan is global strategist, coach, mentor. Jan has proven record in building successful teams and organizations in his almost 22 ye- ars long career in Microsoft, where he served in different executive positions. In his last role (2007—2014) he was as Chairman Europe, Microsoft Corporation.
Angela Malik, London Food Board
Angela Malik has 20-year career spanning food, nance, hospitality, education, media, government and technology. She is a graduate of Edinburgh University, KPMG trained chartered accountant and a classically trained chef from the prestigious Leith’s School of Food & Wine. Angela is actively involved in equal opportunities at both at community and City Hall levels in March 2017 she was appointed onto the in uential Mayor of London’s Food Board.
Dominika Jarosz, Feedback, Acting Head of Campaigns and Programmes
Dominika joined the Feedback team in April 2013 and is responsible for managing the Feeding the 5000 international campaigns and events, as well as head up Feedback’s campaigns and programmes including The Pig Idea and the Gleaning Network.
Previously Dominika was the head of campaigns and outreach for Pig Business, a lm and campaign against factory farming. Dominika has been involved in setting up several other projects including Plan Zheroes and the Slow Food Youth Network. Dominika has a BA in Geography from University College London.
